Karen Fenske offers over 15 years of organizational development experience specializing in strategic and business planning, project and change management, board development and team building. She is also an experienced facilitator, instructor and speaker. Karen’s diverse background provides the understanding and hands-on know-how needed to meet the challenges of leaders & owners.

Career Highlights:

• Produced the BC Organic Sector 2008-2013 Strategic Plan.
• Transitioned hands-on board to a policy board structure.
• Managed the change of an organization at risk to an effective organization with inspired directors and staff.
• Initiated and facilitate collaborative capital project.

She holds a Graduate Certificate in Strategic Human Resource Management from Royal Roads University & a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Retail Management from Ryerson University. Karen is a CHRP Candidate, working towards a Canadian Human Resource Professional designation, and a qualified Myers-Briggs facilitator & interpreter. She is a member of BCHRMA and has been on the Port Alberni Advisory Planning Commission and a member of the Chamber of Commerce.
